Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and warehouse maintenance.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent movement and ability to work in varying temperatures.
