Job Title: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Salary: Up to $19.00- $23.00 per hour

Schedules:
- Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
- Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
- Schedule B: Both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks with 2 consecutive weekdays off. Rotating schedule.
- Schedule C: Both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend with 2 weekdays off. Rotating schedule.
- Schedule D: Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocates merchandise in the warehouse.
- Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
- Cleans and maintains warehouse appearance.
- Participates in inventory counts.
- Collaborates effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provides input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspects product quality and safety.
- Acts independently within responsibilities.
- Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
- Follows safety guidelines and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
